Have you ever tackled a certain job around the house, office or workplace in a way that takes you several, exhausting hours of focussed effort to complete?

After you’re done, have you then realized that a friend or co-worker had, on hand, just the right tool that could have demolished that same job, within minutes, without raising a sweat? It’s something like comparing the use of a hand-saw to a chain-saw when clearing a fallen tree; or a sickle vs a weed-eater when clearing a block of land. That kind thing.

We’ll, after re-reading my previous post on “Laughter and Depression”, it hit me, that this was one of those times that I had forgotten that I had, in effect, the equivalent of a ”chain-saw” in the “shed”, when I was hacking away at my emotional problem with a ”hand-saw”.

In other words, here I had this amazing emotional tool called Emotional Freedom Technique (or EFT) at my disposal, yet I had overlooked using it ! Can you believe it? !!

Do YOU do stuff like that, or is it just me?

     ……

Is it just that we are always looking for that “instant” solution to any discomfort going on and so we continuously jump from one thing to the next in a desperate search? Or is it that we get so caught up in our busy-ness that we just press on and hope the pain goes away? As we do this, nothing of real value ever gets addressed.
I’ve found out (duh !) that this pain, very likely, is there for a reason. (at whatever level it is experienced, it certainly grabs the attention, doesn’t it?) So getting at the cause, just makes plain sense.

By barreling full speed ahead through life, pretending it’s not there, or anesthetizing the pain through one artificial means or another, does not get at the root of the issues at hand. So we continue to suffer (as do those around us, to some degree, because of it.)

So this experience has served to bring the value of EFT back into my immediate consciousness and also given me an opportunity to share it with you. Perhaps many others will now reap the rewards of knowing about it as well.

What I am also pointing out here is that, like any tool, it’s true value is realized only through its use and application. Since the emergence of EFT, it has proven its efficacy in thousands of clinical studies, as well as with practitioners and laypersons alike.

EFT is very EASY to do
and, as I have also recently demonstrated,
EFT is also so easy NOT to do
(taking action or not, is my responsibility).

“EFT is a simple, powerful process that can profoundly influence gene activity, health and behavior.” Bruce Lipton, PhD Author of
The Biology of Belief.

Check out this video below on how EFT has helped tens of thousands of people around the world, how it can be of value to you, and how it has spawned a virtual revolution in meridian-based therapies.

When you are done,
just click on the adjacent EFT Video Image
in the right hand column of this website to access a
FREE EFT Instruction manual.

To your joy and glowing health,
Cheers,
Sven

“Some day the medical profession will wake up and realize that unresolved emotional issues are the main cause of 85% of all illnesses. When they do, EFT will be one of their primary healing tools …. as it is for me.”
